What this is
Four hours of NCREC-approved CE elective on what a seller-centric brokerage practice looks like in modern NC real estate. Sphere of influence, listing systems, marketing, and client retention, all paced for adults with full lives. The course is fully self-paced and lives on our partner platform (Thinkific). You'll get a direct link by email after checkout. Register on Thinkific with the same email you used at checkout and your seat shows as already paid. 30 days from enrollment to finish all four hours.
Self-paced means you start the four hours whenever you want, finish whenever you want — within 30 days of enrollment, or by the current CE cycle deadline if sooner.
