What this is
The full 75-hour North Carolina Pre-Licensing course, delivered on demand so you can work through it around a job. Covers everything NCREC requires before you sit for the licensing exam: real estate principles and practices, NC license law, contracts, financing, agency, and property ownership. The end-of-course exam has a national portion and a state portion, and you need 75% on each. Completing this course is what qualifies you to sit for the state exam; it is not the exam itself, and no certificate is issued automatically. You have 180 days from enrollment to finish.
On-demand means you work through the 75 hours at your own pace, on your own schedule, with 180 days from enrollment to finish. You need 75% to pass. After you pay we email you a direct link to the course on our partner platform (Thinkific). Open it and sign in with the same email you used at checkout. The link puts the course straight into your library at no extra charge. If anything does not work, reply to that email and Angel will sort it the same day.
