What this covers
Sales contract preparation, buyer's due diligence, closing procedures, RESPA, closing disclosure prep, and the contract law concepts you'll actually run into on closings. One of three post-licensing courses required within 18 months of getting your provisional license. Angel walks every clause and form back to the deal it shows up in, so you stop memorizing and start understanding. 30 hours over four days (Thursday and Friday of two consecutive weeks) on Zoom, 9 AM to 5 PM ET with a one-hour lunch at 1 PM. The three post-licensing courses can be taken in any order.
All three post-licensing courses bundled together cost $599 (vs. $675 separately) — only available at initial enrollment. Must complete all three within 180 days.
