What this covers
Sales contract preparation, buyer’s due diligence, closing procedures, RESPA, closing disclosure prep, and basic contract law concepts. 30 hours over nine days on Zoom — 9 AM to 5 PM ET daily. You can take the three post-licensing courses in any order.
