What this covers
Agency relationships in residential and commercial real estate, what brokers legally owe clients and customers, working with buyers and sellers, disclosure requirements, and license status. 30 hours over nine days on Zoom — 9 AM to 5 PM ET. One of three post-licensing courses you need within 18 months of getting your provisional license.
All three post-licensing courses bundled together cost $599 (vs. $675 separately) — only available at initial enrollment. Must complete all three within 180 days.
