What this covers
Agency relationships in residential and commercial real estate, what brokers legally owe clients and customers, working with buyers and sellers, disclosure requirements, and license status. This is one of three post-licensing courses every provisional broker has to complete within 18 months of licensure. Required, not optional. Angel teaches it the way she wishes someone had taught her: every concept anchored to a closing she's been part of, so the test makes sense AND the next year of your career does too. 30 hours over four days (Thursday and Friday of two consecutive weeks) on Zoom, 9 AM to 5 PM ET with a one-hour lunch at 1 PM.
All three post-licensing courses bundled together cost $599 (vs. $675 separately) — only available at initial enrollment. Must complete all three within 180 days.
