Angel Bowman, GSI

Angel has been a NCREC Licensing instructor for over 5-years and continually brings her undeniable passion for the real estate profession to any classroom environment. She pours herself into every student bringing an extensive 30+ years real estate experience & best brokerage practices. “Knowledge is POWER” she believes and couples this mindset with her own unique delivery where attendees can expect an “Edu-Taining” experience full of laughs, lessons and invaluable insight in the industry.

Born & raised in the foothills of Mt. Airy NC, Angel is a true “Southern Belle” and everyone quickly feels Connected and at ease with her! She is known for her contagious enthusiasm, boots on the ground knowledge & a sincere desire to help others. She attended Appalachian State where she obtained a B.S. in Communications, Marketing & Business Management. She first obtained her real estate license in 1995 and in addition to selling, she also served as the NC Real Estate Education Director for the CPCC Continuing Education division for several years serving individuals as well as on-site corporate functions.

After a short detour outside of the Carolinas for about 10-years, Angel once again called Carolina home & re-entered the real estate realm in 2016 as Director of Sales & Operations for a boutique firm and shortly after, transitioned to operating her own brokerage sales/operations consulting business while selling real estate full-time and forming her own firm, Carolina Connections Realty. She immediately achieved the prestigious ICON status and was awarded the eXp Humanitarian of the Year award for her outreach & service efforts to her community in 2019.

Outside of her full time commitment to the real estate profession, Angel enjoys time with her son and daughter, five grandchildren and her two pekingese fur babies, Chet & Char. She rejuvenates with family and friends, traveling, diy home projects, reading, being outdoors and indulging in a delightfully cold buttery Chardonnay.
