What this is
Every active BIC in NC has to take this course each year. The 2025/26 version covers supervisory duties, office policies, trust accounting, and what changed in NCREC rules this cycle. Four hours live on Zoom, taught by an NCREC-approved instructor. Course materials come by email before class.
