What this is
Every active Broker-in-Charge in NC takes this course annually. The 2025/26 version covers supervisory duties, office policies, trust accounting, and what changed in NCREC rules this cycle. Angel runs her own brokerage in NC, so the BIC content isn't theoretical for her. Every supervisory question comes back to what actually has to happen in a working office. Four hours live on Zoom. Materials emailed before class.
