What this covers
NC licensing rules, brokerage compensation, the NCREC disciplinary process, property management, and the legal concepts you'll actually run into in practice. One of three post-licensing courses required within 18 months of getting your provisional license. Angel explains how the disciplinary process actually plays out, what every Broker-in-Charge needs from you, and where new agents most commonly get into trouble. 30 hours over four days (Monday and Tuesday of two consecutive weeks) on Zoom, 9 AM to 5 PM ET with a one-hour lunch at 1 PM. Can be taken in any order alongside 301 and 302.
All three post-licensing courses bundled together cost $599 (vs. $675 separately) — only available at initial enrollment. Must complete all three within 180 days.
